Room was clean and the shower was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff however let the place down terribly. I stood in a queue waiting at reception to check in for over 15 minutes, only for a man to push in front of me and get beckoned forward by the staff. When I objected I was ignored. I walked away to calm down and have a look around the lobby only to get “can I help you pal?” From a staff member, who then told me to “get back to the desk then” when I explained. I walked out the following morning and won’t be back.

Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke on the phone.

Room was spacious and clean, a little card and a note on the mirror was a nice touch for our wedding anniversary . Would recommend
