Prime Location! Spectacular views! The location of this ground level, end unit, makes it the perfect vacation retreat. It is situated in Phase 3 of the popular gated Mesquite Country Club. Our guests enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets and majestic mountain views!

This luxurious condo unit boasts a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and spacious en-suite, and the completely private guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom features its own adjacent bathroom.

This condo is immaculately maintained and partially decorated with Tommy Bahama style designer furnishings. Beautiful ceramic tile covers the floors throughout the main living areas with vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms. The southwest-facing patio not only offers amazing views, but privacy and tranquility due to its orientation and location within the complex.

The living room has a 42 inch flat screen HD TV, and in the master bedroom there is a 32 inch flat screen HD TV. Free enhanced cable is provided. High speed internet with WiFi is included, as well as free long distance telephone calls within the USA and Canada.

The pool (one of 3 in this phase), spa, and tennis/pickleball courts are just steps away from the front entrance. The bicycle/walking path is nearby and there is ample covered parking available in front of the unit. Central air conditioning, gas barbeque grill, and full-sized washer/dryer are provided for your convenience.

Mesquite Country Club is conveniently located just three miles from downtown Palm Springs and minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport. You will be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including fine dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, water park, and riding the aerial tramway. You will also be in close proximity to all amenities including the public library, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and more. The amusement parks of Los Angeles and the beaches of southern California are only a 2 hour drive away.

2nd getaway to palm springs

This was our 2nd time staying at this place. We looked at others before booking, but decided to stay where we did last year as we felt so comfortable. Close proximity to airport and other areas as well walking path. Townhouse is exactly as pictured every thing you would need is there. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful view

Very well appointed condo on golf course with great view from patio. Location is perfect - close to downtown and golf courses. Private and quiet. We loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it.

Condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. The location is perfect and close to everything in Palm Springs. This was our second stay in this condo and we hope to come back. Recommend it highly!

Lovely stay

Thanks for the great vacation. Perfect spot for my husband and I to relax. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Grocery stores within walking distance and the views were great.

Loved our stay!

This property was perfect for an early winter getaway for my wife and I. We enjoyed the terrific mountains view as we soaked in the sun from the patio. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked, with a great location close to downtown. The property manager was very good to work with. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful 2 bedroom condo

This is an attractive and spacious condo with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The patio sits on the golf course with a stunning view of the mountains beyond. The owner Darlene was flexible and a great commutator. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay

We had a wondeful time staying at Darlene’s condo. The view of the mountains is incredible and we enjoyed sitting outside as much as possible to soak it in. We are huge tennis lovers so having the courts so convenient was a plus. The condo was beautiful and pristine. It exceeded our expectations. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Fantastic Property!

From the time of booking until our departure, everything about this property is outstanding! The prompt responses from the owner and clear check-in process made out temporary home move-in a breeze. Our Favorite Spot in Palm Springs

Darlene's condo was all we could have hoped for: easy check-in, well-appointed, clean, cozy, quiet, fast Internet, and in a fantastic location. And then there's the view we enjoyed every time we stepped out onto the patio - I'd say one of the best in Palm Springs. In short, we felt right at home and simply had a marvelous time. We look very much forward to renting the condo again.

A delightful stay!

Darlene's place was ideally situated! Such a lovely view of the mountains from the patio, where we spent a lot of time. It was also walking distance to a grocery and CVS as well as some modest eateries. Not to close too downtown, but an easy drive. We were two married couples and the set up was great as the bedrooms are at opposite ends, so it felt like two private suites. We all love to cook, and the kitchen was nicely appointed with most of the equipment we needed.
