Discover one of the few villas available for holiday rental in the city of Palma. This villa is located just a few steps from the sea and the beach, in the coastal district of Cala Estancia. Surrounded by a beautiful pine garden that provides shade and privacy, the 300 m² villa sits on a 750 m² plot and offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas. The private saltwater pool provides a healthier swimming experience without the harmful effects of chlorine.



The outdoor area includes several seating areas, some with sea views, and a well-lit dining area with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. Inside, the villa accommodates 7 people in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over two floors. The ground floor features a bright living room with a fireplace, while the upper floor offers bedrooms with terraces and sea views. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, radiator heating for year-round comfort, and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer.



This villa offers the perfect balance between comfort and accessibility, just 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Palma city centre. Its location allows direct access to the promenade leading to the cathedral and Palma's old town via the picturesque Portixol harbour, as well as to nearby beach clubs.
