"It wasn’t what I booked with Hotels.com. I booked 1 bed in 2-beds dormitory and got the confirmation from Hotels.com. However when I arrived to hostel I was told my booking is not on property's list of reservations. Miscommunication between hotels.com and Crossroads House. What hostel could offer to me was just a tent. The tent was clean and warm, had light and extension cord for charging all my devices. The stuff is friendly, helpful. "The hotel location is perfect. Staff are really friendly. Breakfast was very vast and good. Restaurant in the evening had great food at good prices. The only thing that I didn't like was the pool. It was too small. But it didn't effect me since most of the time we were site seeing. Should visit Pai in the future I would definitely stay here. "
