Classic 50’s Beach Bach - Handy to Everything

In the heart of Paraparaumu Beach, the ideal location for an escape from busy lives. The beach is so close you can smell the fresh sea air and hear the waves. Stroll down to local cafes for that lazy brunch before hitting the golf course or enjoying the beach.

The Bach is set back from the road ensuring absolute privacy and is amongst mature trees providing shade for those long hot summer days. You will enjoy the compact nature of property and the flow out to a large deck for relaxing with family and friends.

Notes:
- The single beds are bunk beds.
- Standard checkin is 2pm and checkout is 10am. These times can be changed by arrangement if circumstances allow (ie no adjacient booking)
- We take pride in providing a clean place. If you elect to self clean, cleaning products are located in laundry cupboard. Vacuum cleaner, mop and cleaning cloths are provided.
- Rubbish is to be taken away by guests (if practical).

A spacious home, handy to the shops and beach. We were very thankful for the air conditioning. Easy to find and nice and quiet. The master bedroom was nice and spacious. The deck needs replacing and it looks like the host is replacing this now.

Coming back to Golf Rd
Amazing..... Kapiti Island is a beautiful place to see in the morning and taking a stroll down memory lane along the beach.. Managers/Owners are very easy to communicate with and very accomodating. As a person who grew up in the Kapiti Coast, this will be mine and my family's destination spot. Hoping to beable to come back with whole family next time..... Well worth the stay... Fabulous mini breakaway for 2 ladies on a road trip. We had a lovely comfortable night in. The bach is warm, clean and has everthing needed. Highly recommend this lovely beach bach. Would love to come back in summer.

We had a great stay here, it is very close to the beach and Paraparaumu Beach shops. The property is easy to find and the off street parking is easy to navigate in and out. The house is nice and comfortable with a fantastic view of Kapiti Island.

The property had basically everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Yes it is an older property; but it's tidy and in a good location, handy to the beach and shops. It's in a quiet location, nestled amongst other properties but with a sense of privacy and a nice slightly limited view of the sea and Kapiti Island. You can see the South Island in the distance on a nice day. We'd look to use it some time in the future.

Beautiful tidy wee whare right next to the beach and shopping area. We particularly enjoyed the comfort and privacy of the indoor and also the outdoor area,with a peak of the ocean close by. The photos dont really do the place justice , you have to visit for yourself to know what i mean

Few minutes walk down to Paraparaumu beach , cafes and restaurants. Cosy and sunny home. Have Breakfast on the deck! Lovely wooden floors. Great comfy beds! Couches as well. Everything you need in the Kitchen. Lovely open window to a great view from thr kitchen and living room. Great having extra bed in the lounge. Defently will be back.

House was roomy and loads of areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Great kitchen and eating area. Close to the beach as there's a shortcut not far from the house. Parking area for 2 cars.

Oversea family visit from UK
Really enjoyed our stay at Golf cottage, it was exactly what we needed whilst visiting relatives. Brendan was really helpful and welcoming making living in the bach for 2 weeks easy and comfortable. Having facilities to do laundry really makes a difference when packing. Theres a lovely lady next door who likes a chat and it just felt so easy to blend into the area. Everything is either a 2 minute walk, including the beach or a 2 minute drive. Finally the new highway to Wellington really makes it easy to get back and forth.
