"There's no parking, the rooms are very small, the breakfast has little variety, the waiters are slow, and they limit water consumption to one small bottle per day."

"There was no ventilation fan. The room was clean but the shower room was a little old. We had a quiet night. There were times when the communication was poor. It takes 15 minutes from the nearest station, but there are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, so it's convenient."

"Room was clean but small. Comfortable bed and daily housekeeping. Breakfast was great: very good quality food and lots of choice. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Lots of restaurants nearby. Area felt safe."
"One of my favorites in all of Europe! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Not only is the location a dream- mere few minutes away from Duomo, but the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and welcomed! I have now made this my go to hotel for each time I visit Milan! "
"Excellent location right off the main canal in Navigli, but also quiet. Five minute walk to the metro station. Delicious breakfast buffet including gluten free bread and other GF options. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in time was 2pm which was nice as our flight had gotten in early so it was nice to get into the room earlier in the day. Room was clean and comfortable with windows that opened for fresh air."
