Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Kamin sowie eine geräumige Küche, die über zwei Kühlschränke, zwei Kaffeemaschinen und – was im Inserat nicht erwähnt wird – eine Waschmaschine verfügt. Darüber hinaus gibt es zwei Duschen und zwei Toiletten.
