🏙️The 4th arrondissement is the historic medieval center of Paris. Wherever you look, you’ll see historic buildings that bear witness to Paris’s rich past—from its cathedral to the old half-timbered houses lining the streets and the museums in between. The historic center is known as the “Marais.” Its lower section is affectionately nicknamed “Gay Paris.” Take a stroll through its streets to marvel at some of the most iconic buildings in Paris—and even the world—whether religious or not. Admire Notre-Dame Cathedral, Paris City Hall, or the Centre Georges-Pompidou—known as “Beaubourg”—and relax in the pleasant gardens of the Place des Vosges.
🚇 You are located: 4 min walk from the Saint-Paul station (Line 1). 9-minute walk from the Pont-Marie station (Line 7).
⚠️ Studio on the 1st floor WITHOUT an elevator -This apartment is available for rent under two different lease options depending on your situation: the mobility lease or the standard lease (Civil Code). The applicable lease type is determined before your arrival, based on your profile and the desired lease term.
1. The mobility lease The mobility lease is intended for individuals who, as of the lease’s effective date, are in one of the following situations: vocational training, higher education, an apprenticeship contract, internship, volunteer work as part of a civic service program, job transfer, or temporary assignment related to professional activity. Key features: Term ranging from 1 to 10 months, non-renewable (the lease may be amended once via an addendum, without exceeding 10 months in total). You will be asked to provide proof of your circumstances before signing. A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each move-in.
2. The Standard Lease (Civil Code) If none of the above situations apply to you, the rental is governed by a standard lease (furnished, Civil Code), which is particularly suited to stays in a non-primary residence. The terms (duration, security deposit if applicable, notice period) will be specified when the contract is drawn up. A lease agreement is also signed before each arrival.
In both cases: The tenant must purchase home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of coverage. We can assist you with this process if needed.
-Lost or Forgotten Keys Any keys lost or forgotten between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros. After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
