The positives were many, including the location, the amount of space, and the comfortable beds. There were things, however, that the owner needs to improve on. The kitchen was the main issue. The apartment only has a small sauce pan and a scratched frying pan to cook with; this needs to be greatly expanded in order to be useful. The dishes had food stuck on them, obviously a sign of uncleanliness. The cutting boards had rags stuck to them that were molded. Also, some of the pillows were stained yellow and need to be discarded immediately.
