A boutique seaside apartment built in classic Cycladic architecture with a captivating view out to the sea from the patio. Located a stones throw away from Kolimbithres, offering a unique bathing experience among the granite rock formations. There are numerous other bathing areas within walking distance. Here you can relax at this picturesque place to stay and be right next to the town with its amenities. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

From Kallia, the beaches of Kolimbithres and Monastiri are both approximately 10 walking minutes away. From Monastiri, where the picturesque monastery of Agios Ioannis (St John) is located, you can take a walk in the afternoon to the old lighthouse at the top of the peninsula or walk from Monastiri along the signed paths with scenic views, which is really nice for some short hikes through the interesting rocky landscape. Your walk will end up at the furthest secluded beaches.

From Kolimbithres and Monastiri you can take the tourist fishing boats to the nearby village of Naousa which take 10 - 15 minutes to cross over. There is a bus service from Kolimbithres to Naousa and back, five times a day.

There is a family restaurant offering traditional dishes and fresh fish among other delicacies at Kolimbithres, within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

You can get to the apartment by taxi from the port in Parikia if you are reaching Paros by ferry, or from the airport if you are flying over from Athens. So, even without a rented car it is possible to come to the apartment, get around and reach the next grocery store in Naousa, although on some occasions a car might have some advantages, especially if you plan to get around the rest of the island, or enjoy the nightlife in Naousa, which is only a 10 minute drive away

Location incantevole vista unica casa piccola

La location è unica , una vista incantevole sulla baia di fronte a Naoussa. L’appartamento è adeguato per due persone noi eravamo in 3, perché i letti nella zona giorno sono materassini su una base di pietra quindi molto scomodi. La cucina è ben attrezzata il bagno nella norma ( la doccia ha la tenda). Una bella terrazza rende la vista ancora più piacevole, purtroppo è molto calda la mattina perché esposta an est e , diversamente dagli altri appartamenti, il gazebo non è montato ma c’è un ombrellone. Le comunicazioni con L’host sono state ottime. Qualche problema risolto con l’elettricità. È indispensabile una macchina, la casa è su una penisola , 10 minuti a piedi da la spiaggia di sono reali ma non percorribili sotto il sole di Paros. L’host ci ha messo in contatto con un car rental molto Onesto e disponibile. Attenzione ai taxi invece.
