"I liked the hotel very much. Parking was convenient and easy, nearby Shopping Ibirapuera, where there is a money exchange shop on the third floor. The hotel is very close to the subway station, that is very convenient if you need to go to the city center or Avenida Paulista. The staff was very cordial and attentive. I liked watching the planes passing by, and the noise doesn’t bother me at all, however, if it is an issue for some guests, the noise stops during the night. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, either in the mall or on the streets nearby, and you can eat a variety of cuisines like, German, Japanese, Lebanese, Italian and of course Brazilian."

"Não utilizei as dependências de spa e academia, porém a área comum, lobby e bar estavam ótimos, com ótimo atendimento. Em relação ao café da manhã, percebi que no final de semana deixou a desejar, pois havia muita gente no hotel e nos pareceu que o staff não estava preparado para nos receber. Sempre faltou tudo, desde louças e até mesmo comida. No geral, ótimo hotel, recomendo. "

"Good spot outside of São Paulo city center"

"We went to São Paulo for the NFL Chargers vs Chiefs game. The staff was amazing and friendly. They really helped us with setting up transportation and getting us to the stadium and back safely. The location is great as you can walk out the back and lots of food options. The area is safe and clean and lots of places to walk to eat! We had 6 of us and we got a large two bedroom with a living room and kitchen. So much space and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! "

"I didn’t give 5 stars to Property Conditions item because the floor of my room (1407) has very notorious scratches. This exception, has no impact over the excellent experience I had as a guest. I definetely would stay back at this hotel!. Thank you!"
