"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix.

The facilities and rooms are gorgeous, staff is very nice, however they claim to be 6 min driving from the downtown area and this is not true. It is approximately 15 minutes driving from downtown, which is pretty inconvenient if you were thinking of walking somewhere for dinner, etc. "
