"Well, you will get yourself a room, my case was a single bedroom inside the eSuites hotel. Local staff can only check you in & out. And that will be it!
Any inquiries you may have in relation to your stay, got come through another form of comunication, via email or a phone number. With that said either way did not work for me, even when trying to comunicate in the language being spoken. I couldn't get answers to questions as such: wi-fi password and check-in earlier. Poor comunication services. Room was decent, I had to fix the courtains to block light, and get wi-fi from somewhere else connecting every single hour on the clock :("
"I liked the hotel very much.
Parking was convenient and easy, nearby Shopping Ibirapuera, where there is a money exchange shop on the third floor.
The hotel is very close to the subway station, that is very convenient if you need to go to the city center or Avenida Paulista.
The staff was very cordial and attentive.
I liked watching the planes passing by, and the noise doesn’t bother me at all, however, if it is an issue for some guests, the noise stops during the night.
There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, either in the mall or on the streets nearby, and you can eat a variety of cuisines like, German, Japanese, Lebanese, Italian and of course Brazilian."
