"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"

"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."

"It’s my first time to Japan and was overwhelmed where to stay after hearing so many great suggestions. After much researching, I knew I wanted to stay in Asakusa area for the charm and location. I couldn’t decide on whether Airbnb or hotel. Richmond Premier Hotel caught my attention and after much consideration, I thought why not. It was the best decision I made for staying the 5 nights at this hotel. The hotel was very modern, clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff, close to train station, attractions and unlimted food stalls. Extra bonus…Donki is right around the corner. During my initial booking, I did book another 2 nights after doing 5 days in Osaka. This hotel is truly amazing and I look forward staying back here when I return back to Japan!

"Excellent value for the cost. Like most in Japan, rooms are small, but more importantly, clean and updated. The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to assist guests. English spoken. Finally, location, location, location. Great stay!"
"You could walk up and down any street and find lots of places to shop or hole in the walls to eat.
Staff was very kind and helpful! We really appreciated them letting us check in early after we walked 40+ minutes with all of our luggage. Our room was spacious and we had a big bathroom. Onsen and balcony were lovely. Masterbed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Only thing I wish is that I could find those cloudy bathhouse autumn bath salts that were provided so I could experience that at home as well. Lobby also had fresh coffee and iced tea complimentary! "Awesome place to stay in Asakusa, many places to eat, shop & the Sensö-Ji temple is close by.
The Tokyo skytree is about less than a mile from there. Also the Tokyo famous fluffy pancakes “Benitsuru” 10 min walking distace."
