職員態度整體都ok，但如果負責停車場果位uncle可以對非日語用家態度好d、體諒下外地遊客揸完一日車過嚟要理解佢既指令真係要d時間俾反應，唔好呼呼喝喝咁會更加理想。 對於有其他人留言話外國人就要泊落別館，我估係因為佢費事解釋點樣拎車（主館係升降式、別館就傳統地下格仔，同埋行過去都係五秒距離） 另外二樓除咗吸煙區仲有兩部按摩椅，免費不限時。

The hotel room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and there was a restaurant serving delicious pork donburi nearby within walking distance. I especially want to mention that on the day of check-out, we discovered that our rental car had a flat tire. Fortunately, a staff member in the hotel parking lot helped us by contacting the rental company to arrange a tow truck. He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us during a stressful situation. Thanks to his prompt assistance, we were able to get everything sorted out smoothly. I was truly grateful for his assistance.
