The hotel is in a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant with excellent menu and food. Great breakfast buffet.

Stunning hotel in a lovely area of Santiago. Our room was spotless and the restaurant food was delicious. Loved the swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring. The front desk staff were also super helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was good and the grounds are glorious. We enjoyed time on the terrace and in the swimming pool. The air-con was not brilliant and the hot water was a little lacking. The wine tour was excellent and the guide was very knowledgeable; the tastings were generous and the accompanying cheese plate was very welcome. You need to get to know the systems - there is no bar, for instance, and waiters appear from nowhere to get glasses on wine of various types. We were never offered beers or spirits. Dinner comes with wine; this was not explained to us so we took the complimentary bottle of wine with us for dinner, but did not get a chance to drink it - we were flying home direct from Casa Real so couldn't take it with us, hence we could not drink it; shame. Overall we did enjoy finishing our Chile/Argentina holiday at Casa Real but it could have been made better with clearer explanations of what was happening for getting drinks and dinner - it just needs explaining on arrival or via email beforehand.
