The staff was amazing, very professional. But the Hotel itself needs maintenances. And our room didn't get cleaned once during our 4 days stay. The location is great, near SM mall. The breakfast was fine but they should have refills on the coffee.

The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house restaurant was just okay, not a highlight. Would definitely stay again.
