Parque temático Clark's Bears: Tours y Actividades

We had previously stayed here in October and enjoyed our visit, which is why we booked two additional stays for events we had planned in the area. Unfortunately, this recent stay was very different from our previous experience. I want to preface this by saying I am not picky when it comes to hotels- I don't need anything fancy, I just want a clean room with fresh sheets and towels, a hot shower, and a comfy bed. When we arrived around 10pm we immediately noticed that our room was not clean. The rug and floors had visible crumbs, dirt, and hair, with a lot of dust buildup along the floorboards and walls. The shower had hair, including what appeared to be pubic hair, and there was a dirty towel hanging behind the door. Additionally, one of the two towels folded on the rack was damp, which led me to believe it had been used and refolded. Since we knew about the towel closet, my husband went to look for additional towels. However, the only towels available in the closet were bath mats, so our family had to use bath mats to dry off after showering. I had difficulty sleeping wondering whether the bedding had even been changed. But because we arrived late and there is no staff on site, we were unable to report these issues or have them addressed during our quick stay. We checked out early the next morning, so there was no opportunity to speak to anyone before we left either. I emailed the property with my concerns and have yet to hear back from anyone.
