"It is a little farther out from the city core but it is convenient being close to the Shinkansen station and subway. The room is a little small even for single occupant but all the necessary amenities are there. The room already had a multi-end charging cable which is a nice touch."

"Convenient location right at Shin-Osaka station. Large room & very clean and quiet. Excellent room service and dinner at Lava Rock was exceptional!"

"Overall the hotel was good. It is relatively close to Shin Osaka station but would allot more time when leaving to catch the shinkansen as it is a very busy station. If taking the subway, exit#7 is the closest to the hotel to get on/off Amenities are sufficient. They have coffee on the reception floor and also has water dispensers on each floor which was a nice touch. The only negative is the high step to get to the bathroom inside the room. "

"Great location to train station, but not much to do in local area. But not far from downtown Osaka which was nice. Recommend staying if your planning on being outside the room more than in the room. "

"The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English when my Japanese failed me. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed and there seemed to be a focus on being environmentally friendly. The Hotel was a short and mainly flat walk to shin Osaka station. I’d definitely stay again. "
