Midtown: New Home, 2 Miles to A&M/TV in Every Room
10/10 Excellent
"This was a fun place and conveniently located - near enough to zip on over to campus but on a calm, quiet street. It’s brand new with a thoughtful layout for a large group. It’s bright, spacious, and nicely decorated. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for dining-in. There more than enough towels. The host provided ample necessities (paper products, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, lots of K-cups for the Keurig, and an abundance of basic toiletries in each bathroom). The unit had two allotted parking spaces. We will definitely consider staying here again."
Spirit of Aggieland⭐️Voted#1 Game Day House🏈Huge Yard-GameRoom-<1Mile to Campus
10/10 Excellent
"Nicely equipped house, huge yard, two bathrooms and four bedrooms and plenty of sleeping with extra cots. We were attending a wedding in town and this house gave us a reprieve from the wedding prep stress. The decor is unique, each room has its own theme. Enough towels, coffee maker, two fridges and the game room in garage. The kids loved to play table tennis, darts and fossball. Location is central about 5 min to TAMU. AC worked perfectly in August to keep us cool. Host was responsive to questions and accommodating. No problem with check-in, WiFi or check-out.Would stay here again."
"Great place to stay! Very comfortable. Quiet, convenient location. Very clean. Would happily stay there again if we come back to Bryan/College Station."
