“If you are looking for a getaway in the woods, this is it. Tucked away in a private lot you can have a camping experience without the tent! Fire pit, grill, woods! Great place for a small family. Lake Anna State park entrance took about 25 minutes to get too. We hiked and played on the beach. Lake access is not a close walk. Especially with littles. Trash was a pain because the dump wasn’t open at 9:15 and they said you need a local Id. We ended up taking the trash home. Eek. Otherwise place……

“Needed a clean place to crash and it fit the bill perfectly. No frills but solid enough for us.”

“Would tell anyone passing through to stop here. The clean rooms helped me sleep well, and the quick check-in was appreciated. Air-conditioning kept things comfortable during my stay. Parking was a breeze too, right outside the room.”

“Price fits what you get, parking and WiFi included is decent compared to other spots I've seen.”

Overall, the basement itself was spacious and cute……

“What a wonderful host and property! I highly recommend. Clean and convenient!”

“We loved our stay! Property is extremely comfortable and host is wonderful and super responsive. Can’t wait to come back next summer.”

“House looks great from the outside. Very quiet, rural neighborhood. Inside the house looks good at first. But we noticed cigarette burns on the couch and curtains, as well as a large stain of some sort on the couch. Noticed small ants on the floor crawling around. Kitchen sink did not work. No water flow at all. Washer and dryer had a do not use sign on them. I inquired to the owner about the sign and he said that it would cost extra to use them even though they were listed as amenities in the……

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property was perfectly located close to everything in Central Park and the surrounding areas but also just outside of the hustle and bustle. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Our vacation was great! We really enjoyed everything about this property. Our interaction with our host was amazing!!!We definitely would recommend this property!”
