Villa Valica

Villa Valica is the perfect place to get away from it all! Just 7 km from Pazin, in the small village of Jezenj, this restored stone villa offers you everything you could wish for a great family vacation.

The first thing that will catch your eye is the magnificent pool in the villa's large garden. While you relax by the pool with a refreshing drink, you can always keep an eye on the little ones, who have a small playground at their disposal. Why not play a game of badminton or volleyball in the well-tended garden - there's definitely enough space here! Up to 6 people can comfortably sit at the dining table on the covered terrace and enjoy fresh meals prepared on the barbecue.

If you enter the fully air-conditioned house from the terrace, you will find yourself in the rustic living/dining area with fireplace. Authentically and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail, the villa gives you the feeling of 'home'. The comfortable bedrooms are located on the second floor, as are the two pretty bathrooms.

Book Villa Valica and spend a fantastic vacation with your loved ones that you will surely remember for a long time! This villa is located in the small Istrian village of Jezenj. It is completely quiet and relaxing, but the tourist center of Porec and the beaches are only a short drive away. The village is 5 min. away from Pazin and Tinjan, where you can find everything you need and have direct access to the highway to Pula and Trieste airports.

The tourist town of Porec is 20 min. away. Rovinj and Pula and other highlights are only a short drive away. Only 20 minutes away from your accommodation, you will find the nearest beaches with many quiet places to relax.

Absolut Empfehlenswert, wir waren zu viert ( 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder und ein Hund ) in der Villa Valica. Mila war sehr nett und begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft mit leckereien, die Ruhe und die Zentrale Lage (Mitten in Istrien) ist perfekt. Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man heutzutage benötigt (W-Lan, Satellit-TV, könnte besser sein. Waschmaschine, Stellplatz f. Auto Überdacht, und wirklich sehr viel mehr) Großzügiges Grundstück wird täglich in den sehr sehr frühen Morgenstunden gepflegt (Rasensprenger autom., Poolreinigung) Von hier aus erreicht man Umag, Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Rabac sehr gut. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub
