“Clean, comfortable, cozy. The cabin feels like it’s at the end of the world, but it is easy to get to Petoskey and Mackinac Island. We had our two dogs with us and they loved investigating the yard, which is full of naturalized plantings and mown paths. The space was great for my husband and me, but I think it would be tight with any additional adults. This was a great getaway!”

“Overall we greatly enjoyed our time here. However, there were a few issues. First, the freezer melted our ice cream. Second, we were basically told "good luck" about using the oven, which would have been nice to know before we bought groceries. Third, the heat had already been turned off for the season and it was COLD at night. Thankfully some of the beds had heaters, which was great. The fireplace downstairs is just for looks/ambience. “It was very good but the bathroom could be a bit bigger that was very tiny. We appreciated the grill and the kayaks. Our grandkids really enjoyed them. It was very peaceful and relaxing.”

“We loved the cottage! Due to a mixup, it wasn't clean when we got there, but one call to the Manager and a crew showed up within half an hour. “Host was easy to reach with any questions we had. Our family & dog were very relaxed & enjoyed the beautiful weather we had and even had a bonfire. The people in other cabins were very respectful we had children with us. Highly recommend!”

“Great stay in a great little cabin close to everything! Awesome location close to mackinaw city, the island and Cheboygan but still felt like a trip away from everyone else without being in a hotel along with all the other weekenders.”

Drove by x 2 looking for crossroad; property drive RIGHT OFF (two line) highway. Much traffic noise, daytime. Good restaurant across street. Group of cabins on pretty inland lake. One property building is ‘fish cleaning house’, so must be good fishing, here. 🐟”
