Summary:  
  
Newly renovated &nestled amongst the trees, this spacious clean & fresh 1BR apt in the heart of Subiaco. Walk to shops, cafes, transport. Cook up a storm in the new kitchen or just relax in the peaceful surrounds, on the shady balcony. Close to King's Park & Hospitals, or a short bus ride from everything that Perth has to offer. Located on the top level of a small private block of 12 apartments with single parking bay & quiet private gardens. NB 2nd level is up two flights of stairs (32 steps).  
  
The Space:  
  
The apartment has been refurbished with a brand new kitchen and updated bathroom, freshly painted and new flooring. Everything is new and ready for you. Queen bed, lovely light. Dishwasher, full kitchen, balcony, exceptional location.  
  
There is one bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Check-in is a breeze with self check-in via a lockbox located on-site at the apartment. All details and easy access information are sent the day before your arrival.  
  
Direct access to main thoroughfares, and several bus routes available nearby.   
  
Bring a car if need be as you'll enjoy FREE parking on site.

Trendy Subiaco is a vibrant part of Perth close to the City and the business areas of West Perth   
  
Walk to shops, cafés, Cook up a storm in the new kitchen or just relax in the peaceful surroundings, with a sundowner on the shady balcony.  
  
Walking distance to shops, cafés, restaurants, King's Park and Hospitals, or a short bus ride from everything that Perth has to offer.  
  
Awesome location.Leafy Subiaco is a suburb centred on bustling Rokeby Road, with small boutiques and high-end cosmetics shops amid the stylish cafes, wine bars, trattorias and gastropubs. The landmark 1930's Regal Theatre hosts live music and comedy, while Subiaco Arts Centre is a modern space for exhibits, rock shows and edgy plays. Concerts are also held outside in the lush surrounding Theatre Gardens.

Less than 25mins drive from the airport or catch the train!  
  
Train station is 10 mins walk away from apartment - takes you straight into Perth CBD.  
  
15mins by car to the beautiful beaches of Floreat and City Beach.

Self check in property. This property is on the 2nd floor. There are 4 sections of stairs, 8 in each section (32 steps but well worth it!).

#### Good clean apartment

The apartment is still in walking distance to the train station and there a a lot of shops and eateries near the Subiaco station. The unit is located at the 4th level, so you might want to pack light. The stairs are still manageable and there is a friendly resident black cat that will accompany you as you go up. It's quite a spacious unit, clean, everything is working and have all the utensils you'll need to feel just like home. You can use the water filter jug to filter out the chlorine smell from the tap water before you drink it, but I chose to just buy water from woolies or coles. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to our host Sarah for the hospitality and very quick to respond to all my inquiries.

Enjoyed the location and off street parking, but had a few issues with 1\. hot water not working properly 2\. toilet seat needs replacing and 3\. inability to light gas stove burners, also oven cooking pan missing

#### Great little apartment

Great little apartment, easy walk to station, close to coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Air conditioning and a lovely balcony for evening drinks. It’s possible to walk through kings park from the apartment and pick up a cat bus into the city. Had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

#### Brief stay in Perth

Overall, an interesting stay. Convenient location, all amenities provided. I would recommend for the young, fit ones. Verandah door does not lock. Tap handle in kitchen flew up when used the first time.
