“We stayed in the dome. Great owners. Very friendly. There are no private hot tubs as Expedia advertises but There was however a claw tub outside. Bring face cloths for showers. Other than that great stay. Yummy breakfast. ”

“Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. Loads of feral cats running around. Some of the staff were okay but the receptionist was completely incompetent. Expedia should not have this hotel on their……
