After changing rooms twice our room was fine. The first room hadn’t been cleaned prior to our check in. Still had trash on the floor from previous guests as well as food leftovers and sticky residue on nightstands. The staff were helpful and moved us to a second room but unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in that room so we were moved to a third room and that room was fine. Parking was convenient and hotel within walking distance to shops and dining. Again even though room conditions were not good, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful .

Frankly, Victorian Inn as a rule isn't the best place to stay. But, this one is good. From what I observed they are actively up grading maintenance and taking care of issues that need attention.
The room was clean and most important to me, the mattress was comfortable. After all how you sleep is the number one issue staying at hotels, especially when shopping for an economy rate.
Yes I would stay there again.
