숙박 편안합니다.

객실 넓고, 깨끗함. 직원 친절 라운지나 복도 등은 세심한 청소가 필요한듯하다.(구석 구석 거미줄이나 먼지 덩이가 보임) 밤에 주변이 소음이 있음

バスタオル2枚でフェイスタオルが無いとか、ボディソープが無くてシャンプー２つとか… 結構適当な感じ。部屋は広いけどソファを何でその方向に置くのって感じで置いてたり… リピーターなのがわかったからなのか、朝食の案内も全く無かった。朝早く到着したのに、すぐにチェックインさせてくれたのは良かったです。　今回の旅行ではスリに遭ったので全体的に最悪だったんだけど。それはホテルの責任ではない。

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. When I had to go out before morning buffet open, they prepared sandwich, boiled egg and some fruits, thank you!

Decent value for the price

Reasonable stay, hot shower, clean room. Pretty quiet In the room despite being in a busy area, Slight issue with key card which was fixed quickly. Recommended for a few nights stay - not a bad deal for the price.

The only thing to like about this property is the staff. Listed on Orbitz as a four-star property, it is no more than a 2 Star at best. The pictures do not reflect the true look of the hotel. Rooms were dirty with mold in the bathrooms, spots on the bed mattress, unclean floors, lamps missing light bulbs, etc. I was booked to stay five nights but checked out after the first night.

Loved the location, handy to alot of activities we were doing. Tour booking counter was helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Nice little deck and magic view over the city. Bed was comfortable.

Schoon en een goede service!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Kolab Sor. Het is zeer schoon, het personeel is ontzettend klantvriendelijk en de kamers zijn voorzien van alle gemakken. Wanneer je in een cozy room verblijft heb je een balkon met prachtig uitzicht over de stad! Het hotel ligt niet middenin het stadscentrum maar wel nabij dus met een tuktuk ben je er zomaar.
