Arizona Grand Resort & Spa

Tried charging us double the rate at check in after we already paid for the stay, proceeds to make it seem like it was my fault and gave me attitude. At breakfast a waitress didn’t appreciate my 20% tip and goes “ahaha you” trying to cover it with laughter.
