“Van Gogh room at the top was amazing. Well decorated. Kitchen was great. Microwave, kettle and toaster. AC available. Doyble bed in aeparate bedroon plus a double sofa bed which was huge and so comfy. Next to the Boheme restaraunt and loads of shops and restaraunts. Ten muns walk down to Abessess Metro and 2mins from the Musee Monmatre.”

“The apartment was really clean. The only thing that let it down was mould in one of the shower rooms.
Staff were excellent with their communications and very clear with their access and departure instructions.
The apartment was located perfectly to the Seinn, Notre Damn, Louvre and had loads of cafes, patisseries and bars all within a short walking distance.
We had a 2 bed bedroom apartment and with the exception of a couple of lumpy pillows everything else was excellent. A couple of minor……

“Great location for exploring Marais and Paris. Lots of good eating options close by. Easy walk to Metro though the ticket machine in that area wasn’t working but that is a metro problem not an apartment problem. Just had to walk to Hotel de ville to find a working machine. This won’t be a problem if you already have a metro card and can reload from your phone. And hopefully the metro people will have fixed the machine at Pont Marie. Host was great to communicate with”

“Excellent location. Loved the area. Very clean. Both bedrooms connect to the bathroom in between them. Good size apartment. Quiet. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator so be aware of that. Check in and check out is easy but be aware that you go to a cafe to pick up the key which is about 5 blocks away. Our driver hired to take us from the airport to the apartment kindly stopped at the cafe so we could pick up the key. There were 3 of us with luggage so that worked out. On check……

“The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. It’s compact but has just about everything you need. I knew I wanted to be in the Marais so this was perfect. Off a main drag but close to Metro stops & lots of bus options. It was very comfortable. I would have liked an English language TV station & a couple of additional kitchen items (e.g. pot holders, a skillet & a pan with a lid) but these are not deal breakers. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable & in a great location. I would stay there again.”

Minor offsets are the small, dark kitchen, the limited closet space, and the four flights of stairs that can seem increasingly daunting after days spent sightseeing. The location is great, very close to the CDG shuttle, and there's a Monoprix right outside the entrance where you can buy food (but be aware it might close after 9 PM). Next door is the airport bus stop, with many buses going directly to the nearby Aeroville mall (which has a great supermarket). The room was a standard IBIS hotel, perfectly adequate. The highlight was the many wonderful lounge areas downstairs near the lobby, and the cafe next door even had a free microwave, perfect for reheating refrigerated lunch boxes bought at the airport. Oh, and there's also the Iwall virtual interactive game on the first floor, which was fun to watch many children playing. These are two key points that give IBIS a perfect score. Also, I'd like to add a point that other travelers might be interested in: luggage storage costs 12 euros per day. I didn't leave my luggage there.
One drawback is that the hairdryer in the bathroom is difficult to use. Although the air is hot enough, the handle becomes extremely hot and cannot be used.
