“Wir konnten nicht in der Unterkunft schlafen, da sie trotz Bestätigung von Hotels com ausgebucht war. Wir erhielten ein anderes Zimmer ohne Fenster und Möbeln zum gleichen Preis. Wir konnten nicht duschen, weil kein warmes Wasser vorganden war. ”

“The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. The restaurant is superb and the food excellent. A thunderstorm...

Here are some thoughta for anyone considering it as well The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a minute from the waterfront road where we were able to leave our car. It was also close to shops and about a 15 min walk to the old town where most of the restaurants are. We tried Sfizi & Delizie and loved the food and the entertaining owner. “The property is not located in the historic section of Gaeta; it is about a mile away. This is also not a "bed and breakfast" in the usual sense. It is an apartment. You receive a coupon for coffee and a roll at a nearby cafe.”

“Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. “Gaeta is a restaurant, activity and historical hub and this bed-and-breakfast is ideally located right in center of old city. The owner and her daughter were wonderful hosts, very attentive and provided pretty much everything one could ask for. We love them! Highly recommend! ”
