Ignacio is such a warm, kind and helpful person as a host. We arrived at 11:30pm and he was there welcoming us and showing us around. And when needed help, he was available immediately. "The location is great, and it would be easy to live long term in the space. The bed is not as comfortable as I would prefer, and the place needs a sofa or someplace to sit and enjoy the great television. But overall, having the space, the terrace and a washing machine was great. "

"La casa si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Cagliari. È curata, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno estivo. He picked us up at the airport and then got up extra early the next day to drive us again to catch an early flight. Even though it is a short way out of the centre of Cagliari, we were very happy to find some amazing restaurants in the area."

"The host was kind and the property was clean but the location wasn't great and aspects of the property were not good. I didn't feel safe, the property wasn't secure and could be easily broken into with doors and windows that opened from outside and no lock. There were also no curtains just thin see through sheets on the window. The location wasn't great. Right next to a main road. Very noisy but also nothing close by. No shops or restaurants and transportation other than driving poor. "

"Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars. We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after. Communication over...
