Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!”

“We had a great time! Property great, pool lovely. We were in the region to attend our daughter's wedding in Rome and we didnt want to rent an apartment in the centre. Paola and Mario's house was perfect. We drove and parked at Villa Borghese in the underground parking. About 35/40 minute journey but you walk straight out by the Spanish Steps and you can cover all the sights on foot if you want or take a tour/metro. “Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. “Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. “This property is amazingly beautiful! The pool was clean & refreshing and was overall just wonderful. It was so worth it to stay here. Vittorio was super great at communicating and helping in anyway. There is a lemon tree by the pool that was so delicious to squeeze into water. “Nadia and Matteo were excellent hosts dedicating time and attention to our stay. The villa is superb and bigger than expected both in sleeping accommodation and land to roam on. The pool is a major plus, at nearly 11 metres its huge presenting opportunity for fun, games and cooling off. The view is excellent while the local towns provide all that is needed. “Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. “Maria is the most wonderful host and she makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful holiday home. She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc. The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families.
