Situation was very good and room very clean and tidy. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Electrics in room and corridor seemed a bit erratic. We enjoyed our short stay.

It’s perfect Beautiful Property! Great View. !! except a guy at the front desk he was awful !! Nasty mean ! He either hates Americans or women or people .. we just thought it was a bad day we all have them but next day still nasty mean and unhelpful !!.. Thank goodness there was a young man that did wait on us at checkout he was Amazing !! But the other guy might keep me from coming back…

Staff was excellent, very clean. However our bathroom sink was not draining properly and this was mentioned to staff on day one of our stay and it was never fixed. Also our room (201)was next door to the service room and it was very very noisey. We asked to switch rooms and we were told No.

Exceptional level of service. Exceptional breakfast. Having snacks available in the shared areas in the evening was a great plus. Value for money was outstanding, for example the sauna and pool. Location perfect for exploring Lecce on foot or Sarento by car.
