I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Niranta Transit. The hotel refused to allow my family members to enter because they did not have airport tickets. The biggest issue is that this requirement was never clearly mentioned during the booking process. If having a valid airport ticket is mandatory for entry, it should be explicitly stated on the booking page and made a mandatory confirmation before completing the reservation. Without this information, customers can easily book the hotel under the wrong assumption and face unnecessary inconvenience upon arrival. The lack of transparency in communicating such an important policy is unacceptable. I hope the hotel updates its booking process to clearly display this requirement and prevent other guests from having the same frustrating experience.

Breakfast was great. Room was ok, but the internet never worked. We just wanted to relax for the evening watching Netflix, but they tried to fix the Internet but it still didn’t work. I had the impression this wasn’t a one off. If this is important to you be aware of this.
