“Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. Two days prior to arrival, I was sent an email form w/ one of the questions asking when we'd be arriving. I selected the noon-2pm……

“I stayed at Kootney Resorts for about 10 days for work and it was fantastic! Trish and Kyle were lovely hosts and tremendously helpful. Kyle in particular helped me repair some of my equipment, gave me all sorts of useful info on where to find things, and hooked me up withe the best cuisine in the area (he's a chef so he knows which places to eat). Since I was there on my own I ended up hanging out with Kyle quite a bit, really great guy with a dry sense of humor I really enjoyed. He also……

“Waw! Words can't express our experience at the two oceans villa, one must go and experiece for ones self. The children loved it! It was a good distance getting there but upon arriving we instantly felt at home. Having a rental is a must! Nathan the villa manager, was an excellent host, there only when you need him. Got to speak with the owners briefly and they seem to be as lovely as the home itself. Definitely a 5 star 🌟. We will be back. ”
