Playa El Anclón Tours

The check in staff was phenomenal. The only incident was in the morning when a gentleman by the name of Felipe approached us to talk to us about the club. We’ve been in many resorts and are not interested in this at this time. Have had very bad experiences with this timeshare/club sessions. The gentleman became very defensive when my husband said he was not interest. He got a bit rude and said he was only doing his job and was helping us with restaurant reservations. After the very uncomfortable situation, we and to the lobby only to find that we already had reservations made. So found out he was lying. We came here to relax and unwind from all the stress and did not appreciate the abrupt approach. Another gentlemen started talking to us about all his family issues and that his child was in the hospital and his parents had just been killed. As sad as his story was, we were looking for a relaxing place. Food was great but it was always the same every day. I had called room service 5 minutes after 11pm to order a cheeseburger that I had waited to order all day and the person very rudely said they could not make it. The room, staff and amenities were excellent!!

Our visit at Natura Cabana was amazing! It was my first time to the Dominican Republic and the staff made us feel like family. Even our driver was perfect! The food was great, the staff was so professional, kind & PATIENT. I loved hearing the ocean waves from our cabana each day and just being emersed in nature. The room and the architecture was beautiful. There are plenty of places close by to go eat, learn, explore and to support the people. It was the perfect place to get away, go on adventures and celebrate. Thank you so much to Victor and the team for making my birthday one to remember. Can’t wait to come back!
