I had a reservation for two rooms and I got the first room earlier than check in time which was nice but my second room wasn’t available until after 6pm. I called the staff numerous times to get an update and was told they were busy and I needed to wait. I expected better service and some time of compensation while we waited but nothing. They offered us water. I guess I just expected better service at a hotel of quality. On another note the suite was amazing, the food was delicious, gym was great but just disappointed with the service. They could have at least offered me a late check out for getting my room 2 hours later than usual. Great hotel but the service needs work. Also, I understand there was a concert both Friday and Saturday night but Managment should have had more staffed more employees to ensure rooms were cleaned before the next guest arrived

Mediterranean Inn is a beautiful place. Very clean, quiet and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my 13 year old son and I. We travelled from Canada and on our first visit to Seattle we fell in love with the city. We will definitely be back and Booking the Mediterranean for our stay. Thank you to all the staff!!! See you again soon 👍
