"Generally I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very pleasant, the restaurant was fine, and the hotel was near a number of interesting sites. However, the hotel could benefit from a few minor but noticeable signs of aging. My recommendation to the hotel is to replace the hall carpet and elevator flooring, repaint the room walls, and reseal and paint the lobby roof, which is on display when taking the elevator. Also please, drop the elevator music, or replace it once in a while."

"We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy.
