"The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. There was no cleaning during our stay and no brush or cleaning products were provided and the floor became sandy after...

"I've stayed in this hostel for 2 nights while visiting Cartagena and had really good time. The room was spacious with nice view, very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower which was much better than some 4* hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, within short walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to the city."

Avoid – Unprofessional and Unreliable
I booked this hotel last minute and had a confirmed reservation. After travelling six hours to get there, I tried calling multiple times (over five attempts) for directions—no answer. Finally, just 10 minutes away, someone picked up only to tell me they don’t accept one-night stays, despite my confirmed booking. No apology, no effort to help, and zero regard for the inconvenience caused. This is not how a professional company should treat guests."

"We have just returned from our stay at this Villa and we have had the most fantastic time. This was our 9th visit to La Manga Club, and our 5th time staying in El Rancho, which is our favourite community. From the first contact, Gill was incredibly helpful and friendly. We also found the rental agents to be the same.After staying in many villas on LMC, I think this is my favourite overall. The location is perfect, the villa is decorated so well, with so many personal touches, and feels very homely. We found every single item we could possibly have wished for in the villa. Even the beds were so comfortable, and the shower in the master en suite is amazing!The villa is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Bellaluz Square, where there are two fabulous restaurants/bars, and some lovely shops.We would have no hesitation in returning, or recommending this villa, you genuinely would not be disappointed.Thank you so much Gill, and Sarah at La Manga Getaways for being such amazing hosts.
