Beautiful property, but a disappointing lapse in professionalism.
My wife and a friend went up to the Sky Bar, ordered shisha and a bottle of champagne, only to be told shortly after that the bar was closing early — right after taking their order. Serving guests with the full intent of shutting down moments later, then pouring champagne into plastic cups and refusing to light the shisha, felt careless and unprofessional.
We truly love this property and plan to return, but experiences like this take away from what could otherwise be a flawless stay.

The entire hotel was full of fun, friendly staff and guests. The room was super clean and everything worked very well.
We loved the views (even from the 3rd floor) we could see the cruise ships coming and going. The beach was clean, and the locals didn’t bother us too much.
