"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos, alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto erreicht man zügig viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung., u.a. Le Mont Saint Michel (halbe Stunde), nach Saint Malo kommt man in wenigen Minuten. Dinan und Dinard und Cancale sind ebenfalls nah."

"Nice view of the sea but by next year to be blocked by the building of new holiday homes. Ideal for two but not comfy for sitting indoors in the evening when the weather is cold. The double bed is small and for us, uncomfortable. Kitchen equipment and crockery was good except for the lack of sharp knives making food preparation difficult. WIFI in the flat was unavailable, the signal could not penetrate a very thick granite wall and concrete floor. A router is needed in the flat. To get wifi you...

It is situated within easy walking distance of a very good boulangerie(2 min), a supermarket(3mins), a creperie(1 min), a post office(5 mins), several banks, restaurants and bars all within 5-10 mins walking. The owner Olivier Labbe was most helpful with several queries I had before I travelled and answered on this platform promptly. "A pleasant apartment, but some attention to detail would help. 'Linens' are included - but when it came to towels, just one bath towel, and a few small towels....a lot of bedding - but nothing matching, several duvets and pillows- all taking up most of the space in the wardrobe. It would have been useful to have an info sheet to know where rubbish should be left - and some recommended restaurants. No wifi! And the steep hill to town centre or to the promenade may not suit all. Having said all...

"Wow! What a beautiful little place to stay, with probably the worlds best ever shower! We absolutely loved this place, an absolute gem of a find. Friendly and welcoming owners who gave us great advice about the area. Only a few minutes walk from a gorgeous patisserie, the place it’s self has been beautifully and lovingly designed to a very high standard and our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer. "The apartment was as stated, very clean, towels, bedding, pots, pans, plates and cutlery all provided. Reception spoke English, which was a great result as our French is very poor. Communication about the booking was very good and clear. Key collection and drop is really easy. Great location for zipping around Normandy, as easy access to the main roads."
