“Lovely little ‘one room’ bungalow with bed, kitchen, dining, lounge areas in each of the corners. Bathroom and toilet in the entry, just outside the front door. Huge deck with sweeping views of the ocean, set up high enough offering privacy from onlookers. Quirky furniture that might remind you of your nans house in the 70’s… but also that you’d pay a mint for in Newtown!Note: the welcome email mentioned gas for barbeque, we only saw an old brick and wood number out the front. “The location so close to the surf beach worked very well for us. Also perfect for eateries, whale watching and walks in Point Lookout. It was a bit dark inside due to a broken blind that was permanently down but otherwise everything was excellent. The studio was very clean and it was obvious that it had been renovated very recently.”

“This is a really nice place - clean, well-equipped, spacious, and extremely well located in its proximity to beach and shops. The only issue with the location is that, being so close to the road, the traffic is often very audible. It is also a shame that, given the price, the backyard is not fully fenced for pets, as that would have really enhanced the stay.”

“Das Cottage ist fantastisch fünf Gehminuten vom Lookout und zehn Minuten vom Strand gelegen. Vintage passt als Beschreibung richtig gut. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber richtig schöne Atmosphäre. Ein nettes gemütliches Landhaus. Im Winter können die Nächte allerdings etwas kühl und zugig sein. Hier sollte noch nachgearbeitet werden.”

“Our stay was perfect at Banyanda. The house was perfect, weather was perfect and the company was perfect. Memories were made. “We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is basic but very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hill was tiresome and very steep to walk up to get to the bakery and lookout, but the view was worth it. Bbq just outside door of unit to cook on. Walking distance to bus stop to get to pub for dinner with courtesy bus on weekend. Walk to bakery, lookout to watch whales, turtles, dolphin and sting rays.
