"The hotel is dirty and full of insects and bugs in the room. The hotel staffs are not cooperative nor helpful. I complained about the ants and bugs situation since day 1 and asked for partial refund of remaining nights because I did not want to stay there anymore and the staffs are really good at avoiding refund.
