Close to the sea beach, this holiday home in Policnik has 3 bedrooms for 8 guests. Ideal for a large family, this lovely home has a private swimming pool for cooling off in hot summers and a private terrace to enjoy your meals in privacy. The shops are 200 m away, if you want to buy a few essentials. You can also go to eat out at the restaurants 1 km away. The sea beach is 8 km away. You can work out even on holiday in this home with fitness equipments. Kids can have fun in the private garden, while you relax on the sun loungers. Barbecue facility is also there so that you can cook grilled meals, while kids play on the play equipments. Parking is on-site. The air conditioned living cum dining room is perfect to lounge. Zadar international airport is 15 km away.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this house with our parents and children. The house is in great condition and has been furnished with great attention to detail. The landlady was super nice and immediately helped us with a lot of information (restaurants, boat, etc.). Thank you for the nice time in your house. We'd love to come back.
