It is a short drive from the beaches and services of Puerto Pollensa, and the town of Pollensa itself is even closer. The estate is carefully tended by its proud owners and the newly renovated pool is located in lawned gardens, surrounded by lovely shrubs and citrus trees that border the sunbathing terrace. A cool and shaded porch offers a delightful place to eat or relax away from the sun and leads to traditional, spacious and comfortable interiors. There are two twin-bedded rooms on the ground floor sharing a bathroom and a double-bedded room on the first floor with an adjacent shower. For added convenience, and to avoid walking through the house with wet feet after the pool, there is also a practical shower and toilet accessible from the terrace. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning in all units from 2 pm to 6 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am. Swimming Pool Characteristics: Depth 0.95m - 2.50m Dimensions 8.00m x 4.00m Outdoor shower next to the swimming pool. Information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
