“El peor lugar para quedarse no servía el aire estábamos con menores y la habitación estaba con gran humedad, puertas de baño dañada, cama rota tablillas rotas mosca muerta sobre la cama y mucho polvo en toda la habitación. Nos tocó cargar un matre para movernos a otra habitación sucia para poder pasar la noche con los menores ya que somos de San Juan y mi nene jugaba al próximo día en Ponce esa habitación no estaba habitable y nadie nos resolvió pague $575 por la habitación aparte te hacen……

“I waited approx 40 minutes before getting response from host. Parking was limited with the exception of a lot where you have to go over side walk with ur car with a big rock in between. Trust me you wont have an oil pan after parking. The apt. Is on top of a hill, the area doesn't appeared safe at all. After seeing location not finding a place to park, i decided to leave however i loss all my money. No refund. Host never contacted me to at least refund half of the money. A total loss and waist……

“En el momento se fue la luz toda la tarde y la noche y el afiltron no tiene la cortesia de hacer un por ciento de rembolso por el servicio de la estadia y no tiene parking frente a la propiedad. Adicional le recomiendo q publique foto correcta de la casa q ofrece el servicio afuera no lo interno, pq hay otra foto q no le corresponde..”

“Great location — very accessible and close to everything. The place was very clean, and the AC worked well. The only downside was the hot water; it wasn’t quite hot enough, more lukewarm. Other than that, a clean and convenient spot to stay.”

“Location was great across a small road to the ocean. Very clean and secure. A little tricky finding the address but the host guided us right to the house. Overall good experience ”

“Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior.”

“Primeramente la foto en el site no es lo que recibes. El lugar huele a humedad terriblemente. No hay ventana en el cuarto. Sucio el piso y con basura en el safacon de la cocina. No habia jabon para bañarse tampoco. Este lugar no debe estar en VRBO pues le da mala reputacion .applicaci9n. ”

“Had a lovely time. The apartment was great, with an excellent location. Armando was a great host. Would definitely recommend to a friend.”
