The room looked clean and the bathroom did too. However, the sheets had some stains on them and I didn't know if they were new or old stains, so I asked for new ones. The gal came and put new sheets on right away. She told me those were old stains, as she knew the room had been cleaned and the sheets changed. I believe they are trying to remodel, at least I hope so. The carpet in the hallways and main floor area desperately needs replaced, and some of the rooms door jambs need replaced as you can tell they were kicked in, or broke in at some time. The best thing about the place is the people working there. They were friendly and helpful. They are the reason I gave it 3 stars, instead of 2.

Wonderful stay! Rooms were well layed out and clean! Sad about no breakfast, but the local grocery store was just a stones throw away and convenient for a quick breakfast as well as close restaurants within walking distance! Stayed 3 nights and we will definitely stay again!

well the place is old and dirty the tv didn't work the phone didn't work the fridge didn't there was leftover sandpaper and dust all over the floor the bathtub would not drain and the carpet in the room was disgusting. after traveling all day we could not find any where else to stay because of a soccer convention and we just slept for 4 hours and left dont recommend this place if you cant deal with the smell of mold.

The pipe from the sink was not connected so water was spilling on the ground if we turned the water on. Was later contacted by the hotel that they needed to shut down the hotel due to plumbing issues and find other arrangements.

There was never anyone at the front desk. If you needed something you had to constantly call the hotel phone. The breakfast was poor, it consisted of donuts and coffee. The staff was not friendly at all. We were there for four days and were not asked once if we needed anything. The hotel is in poor shape. We will never stay there again. If we wouldn’t have lost our money to them we would have stayed somewhere else. Very poor.

Where do I start? Check in was horrendous and time consuming even though the room was paid for a month in advance. They also charged my card again the day I checked out, so I was double charged and am now in the process of making a dispute with my bank. Customer service was lacking, the WiFi sucked, the coffee sucked, the water pressure and hot water were non existent, and there were issues with the door keys on multiple occasions. The rooms were cheap and clean but the property is run down and needs obvious repairs. Needless to say I will NEVER stay here again.

The room itself was decently clean but needed a few minor repairs, the free continental breakfast was non existent and when asked about it, they stated the policy was "changed 3 days ago, but not updated with Expedia." After asking about it, the engraved sign on the wall behind the desk was covered up with tape. The carpets looked like a trip hazard the way it wrinkled (wasn't pulled tight) and it was just an overall unpleasant experience.

NO, room was NOT in good shape. TV never worked...even though three members of staff tried to fix it. Clock radio didn't work. Floor was sticky by sink. The hot tub was broken. Several locks at two rooms were obviously broken...and in pieces. Entry door at back of hotel was defective (with tape over it). Staff tried to be helpful. No one was there at checkout. Never got any paperwork to confirm card purchase. Floor in hallways looked wet and needed replacement. Whole motel needed work. Was promised a 10% discount due to TV issues. No proof we ever got it.
