The house is situated in a quiet location and its facilities make it an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. The house has a total of 7 holiday flats with a common plot of 1300 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 60 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining, a well-kept garden and several covered parking spaces for common use.
