We liked having a full kitchen to cook breakfast and eat carry out. The pans we limited but we made due. It was quiet with good lighting and plenty of plugs for phones etc.

Pro: Great staff. Kitchenette and fridge were helpful. Thanks for the late check-out. Con: The bathroom in the room smelled like dirty mop water :(

My stay was disappointing from the moment I checked in. Instead of being greeted with a friendly smile, I was met with what appeared to be an annoyed, irritated attitude that made me feel unwelcome. The room itself wasn’t especially clean, and the TV didn’t work. When I called the front desk to report the issue, I wasn’t offered an apology or a solution. The response I received was simply, “Yeah, we know,” which made it seem like the problem had been ignored rather than addressed. The hotel also advertised a continental breakfast, but there wasn’t one. Instead, guests were expected to purchase breakfast separately. If a complimentary continental breakfast isn’t actually offered, the advertising should reflect that. Overall, the lack of customer service, the condition of the room, and the misleading breakfast advertisement made for a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Room was so dirty I hated to stay there, stayed the first night and moved to a different hotel the second night. Do not recommend.
