"Booked 2 rooms, one room the shower is not draining properly. Breakfast is very basic. Second room no curtains, my sister requested to put one but they said they don’t have it.. our last day we requested to have 7:30 breakfast as we have to travel and the lady said no. So we ended up no breakfast and left the hotel. Mind you the breakfast starts from 7-9 but we couldn’t have it 7:30 so doesn’t make sense.. "

Wäre wärmeres Wetter gewesen hätten wir draußen auf der Terrasse und im Aussenwohnzimmer unseren Tag verbracht. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht und ist super modern eingerichtet. Kühlschrank bietet ungemein viel Platz und macht selbständig Eiswürfel :-)Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein großes Bad mit 2 Waschbecken und 4 Schlafzimmern . "I was initially happy with this hotel because it was a good price and breakfast was included. The facilities were good for what we needed. However, I think it is not ideal that the reception is not open in the evening or that you can't contact anybody unless in very urgent cases. My daughter was sick and if I had been anywhere else, I would've been able to get new bedding and towels straight away. Also, it was very hot in the room and there is no air-conditioning, not even a fan. I can't imagine what it would be like to stay in the height of summer. We left 1 night early mostly to make an early flight in Basel but also to enjoy a cooler stay elsewhere. "

"This hotel was perfectly nestled in the centre ville of Colmar… it was truly like being in a movie set! The staff were remarkable welcoming us with pleasant attitudes and walking us to our room. We stay on the 3rd floor( yes there is an elevator) and our room was overlooking rooftops of the old town and all the windows opened… the music that played from the Easter Market floated into our room. The room was perfect two twins to make a king size bed, a soaker bathtub and an amazing breakfast included in the morning. We wandered the streets ate at local pubs and took a stroll with the map provided by the staff to the marché couvert. This town is a must do, Easter was an amazing time to go crowded but managemble and all walkable. In the morning after our breakfast we used the FREE electric navette to get to our train station at Gare de Colmar. I would love to come back at Christmas Market time!!! Merci / Thank you to the Hôtel Saint Martin. "

"The hotel was decent overall and pretty close to Europa Park, which was a plus. The staff was friendly and welcoming the entire stay. I’ve stayed at Moxie hotels all over, and this one felt like the smallest one so far. The room, especially the bathroom, was a bit tight, but still cute and did the job. One thing I really appreciated was the English TV channels — most Moxies I’ve stayed at in Europe don’t offer that, so that was a nice surprise. The only thing I didn’t like was the layout of the buildings. If you’re traveling with others, it can be inconvenient since rooms can be in completely different buildings, and you have to go outside to get to each other. It’s just a bit of a weird setup. Overall, still a solid Moxie stay. "
